Michaela Eichwald: «Auf das Ganze achten und gegen die Tatsachen existieren»
08 October 2021 - 23 January 2022
Kunsthalle Basel
27 October 2021 | 10.00 AM - 12.00 PM
The paintings of the German artist Michaela Eichwald (* 1967) move between abstraction and figuration, language and gesture, in order to reimagine one of art history’s most traditional mediums. Together, the artist’s methods of working, deployment of materials, and use of manifold techniques will be explored in small, practical experiments.
