Dieses Symposium mit Screening nimmt lokale Videonetzwerke aus verschiedenen Perspektiven in den Blick, sowie Fragen der Aufbewahrung und Zugänglichmachung von Videos. Organisiert wird die Veranstaltung, die zahlreiche Vorträge und eine Paneldiskussion im Rahmen des Screenings umfasst, von Kunsthistorikerin und Medienwissenschaftlerin Stefanie Bräuer und Videokünstler Piet Esch. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht notwendig, alle Interessierten sind herzlich willkommen!

This symposium and screening will look at local video networks from different perspectives, as well as questions of video preservation and accessibility. The event, which includes numerous lectures and a panel discussion during the screening, is organised by art historian and media scientist Stefanie Bräuer and video artist Piet Esch. Registration is not necessary, everybody’s welcome!
